Attendance/Assignments:

You are required to complete all assigned jobs in this class.  You must receive a passing grade of 70% to pass the class.  Since there is no homework, attendance will be very important.  Not only is attendance/participation a portion of your overall grade, you also will need to make up any missed assignments. 

Grading:

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO KNOW YOUR PROGRESS BOOK ID AND PASSWORD!

Tests, projects and quizzes will be weighted the same.

Tests/projects/quizzes = 50%          

In class assignments/notebooks  =  50%

Late Work:

LATE WORK IS NOT TAKEN UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EXCUSED ABSENCE OR ACTUALLY NEED MORE TIME.  PROCRASTINATION AND GOOFING OFF DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MORE TIME FOR PROJECTS/ASSIGNMENTS - NOT TO MENTION, EVERY OTHER FRIDAY IS MAKEUP and TECHNOLOGY DAY!  Study tables will be assigned for those who need extra time.

Incomplete:

If you are given an incomplete for the quarter, you have one (1) week after the quarter to turn in all missing work.  After one (1) week, the Incomplete will turn into an "F."

Notebooks:

You are REQUIRED to take notes and keep a notebook this semester.  Points will be given if you have a notebook BY THIS FRIDAY 1/21/11!!!  Please leave notebooks in the room!  Notebooks are permitted a lot of times with quizzes and tests.  If you do not have your notebook when tested, you loose out!  AND, if you do not have your notebook, you do not have your..........

Rubrics!!!:

5 POINTS WILL BE TAKEN OFF FOR ALL RUBRICS LOST!  YOU CANNOT COMPLETE AN ASSIGNMENT WITHOUT A RUBRIC!
